McAllen ISD’s Purchasing Services has a partnership with Public Purchase, a web based e-procurement service. Public Purchase complies with all federal and state regulations regarding government agencies’ purchasing practices.
In order to begin or continue to receive bid notifications you must be registered. Registering through Public Purchase ensures that you receive notifications of solicitations from our District, as well as other governmental agencies.
Instructions to register:

- You will receive an email from email@example.com letting you know your account is active. It may take up to 24 hours for your account to process.
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts to avoid the emails being sent to your junk/spam.
*Notice to Delinquent Taxpayers:
In accordance with law, the District shall not enter into a contract or other transaction with a person indebted to the district, nor shall the district award a contract to or enter into a transaction with an apparent low bidder or successful proposer indebted to the district. Delinquent taxpayers wishing to submit a bid with McAllen ISD must clear their debt prior to award. Failure to do so may result in disqualification of your bid.
