McAllen ISD’s 2026–2027 Gifted & Talented (GT) Referral Window is open!
Parents and guardians are encouraged to refer their child if they notice strengths such as advanced thinking, creativity, curiosity, problem-solving, or a strong desire to learn.
Your observations as a parent are valuable! A referral allows your child to be considered for the GT identification process and does not automatically place them in the program.
