The Human Resources Division at McAllen Independent School District works to ensure the students in the district receive the best instruction and quality education. Most of our daily operations happen behind the scenes and we are always looking for ways to better serve our students, staff, and community.

While each department has its own unique functions and purposes, all must work together in order for the district to maintain the high standards it has set. 

McAllen ISD is a multicultural community in which students are enthusiastically and actively engaged in the learning process.  Students demonstrate academic excellence in a safe, nurturing and challenging environment enhanced by technology and the contributions of the total community.
