A message from McAllen ISD.
ALERT: Here is an update on the threats circulating on social media. There is no threat to any McAllen ISD school. Out of an abundance of caution, McAllen ISD has extra patrols in the area & local law enforcement agencies are aware. Donna ISD made an arrest in this case last week but, students have recirculated the content in order to spread awareness. Again, there is no threat to any McAllen ISD school. ALERT: McAllen ISD is aware of concerning videos & threats being recirculated on social media. These threats are being made toward multiple RGV schools. An arrest has been made in another school district but McAllen ISD is continuing to monitor the situation. All threats are taken seriously. We will post updates as warranted. Teacher Appreciation Week continues! Yesterday we were surprised with a delicious breakfast from one of our wonderful parents and former teachers, Mrs. Vallejo! For lunch, teachers were treated to Jason's Deli courtesy of Briarcliff Nursing and Rehabilitation Center!
Congratulations to our fundraiser's top sellers! Our students were treated with a limo ride to Helium Trampoline Park! They got to eat pizza, bounce around and have tons of fun! Thank you for supporting our fundraiser!
Its Teacher Appreciation Week! Yesterday the festivities were kicked off with a wonderful breakfast donated by Santa Fe Bakery & Mercado and Delia's Tamales!
Congratulations to our Destination Imagination team on winning 5th place at their tournament!

Congratulations to our 5th Grade Elevate Baseball Team on their dominating 12-3 playoff win today! With today's victory, the Challengers earned a trip to the Championship game this Wednesday, 7:00pm at Nikki Rowe! Way to go McAuliffe!
