American Rescue Plan (ARP)


Attention McAllen ISD Community members

The American Rescue Plan signed into law in March included $122 billion in Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds for school districts across the country. This is the single largest federal investment in elementary and secondary education in the nation's history. McAllen ISD will apply to receive some of that additional funding. McAllen ISD's ESSER Master Plan is available for review at the following link:
