Facilities, Maintenance, & Operations (FMO)

The primary mission of the Facilities, Maintenance & Operations (FMO) Department is to serve the needs of faculty, students, and staff by maintaining and improving the physical environment and facilities of the McAllen Independent School District. In this role, the FMO Department carries out its mission by providing professional support in the areas in the following:         

  • Facility Planning

  • Custodial Services

  • Construction

  • Grounds

  • Electrical

  • Painting

  • Heating

  • Ventilation

  • Air Conditioning

  • Locksmith

  • Plumbing

  • Integrated Pest Management
