McAllen ISD-Parent and Community Center At Navarro: The purpose of the Parent and Community Center at Navarro is to provide parents and families with high quality services, information and training about: Title I, Part A Parent and Family Engagement Requirements, Job Skills, Parenting Topics, Leadership Skills, and Resources in the community. Welcome to McAllen ISD's Parent and Family Engagement Program. Our program offers opportunities for parents to learn tips on raising children, child care, discipline, children’s health and other matters regarding their child’s education from trained professionals and paraprofessionals. Each campus has its own Parent and Family Engagement Specialist. Contact your child’s school for more information.
