Administrative Procedures

Speakers for open forum may speak either online or in person at McAllen High auditorium this evening.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, seating for tonight’s School Board meeting will be limited. Masks and social distancing will be required. We recommend viewing the meeting online at this link.

  1. Register by signing up via this method at least one hour before the meeting, 

  2. Provide Name, address, telephone number, email address, and specific subject matter to be presented by that person during the public comments. 

  3. Must limit comments to 2 minutes. 

Be prepared to deliver the public comments by telephone at the start of the meeting.
