Public Comments

By signing up below - I acknowledge that I have read and understand the District’s Administrative Procedures for Board Policy BED (LOCAL). I agree to the terms of these Public Comment procedures.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, seating for tonight’s School Board meeting will be limited. Masks and social distancing will be required.

  1. Persons desiring to make a statement to the Board shall be required to register by signing up via this method at least one hour prior to the start of the scheduled meeting.

  2. The person making the request shall provide name, address, telephone number, email address, and specific subject matter to be presented by that person during the public comments portion of the meeting. 

  3. Each participant will be limited to 2 minutes to make comments to the Board in person. Upon invitation from the President or the person serving as Chair. Please come forward to the podium and direct your comments to the Board of Trustees.
