Dear Parents of 504 Students,

I want to take this opportunity to welcome you to the 2021 School Year. The purpose of this letter is to notify you that the 504 Department will now be providing all parent communication and student plans through the Skyward system. We welcome and invite you to use the NEW Skyward 504 tab that contains the SuccessEd letter and plan for your son/daughter. This document will provide you with critical information about the accommodations your child is receiving that ensure the correct support approach to instruction and learning.

The link below will show you a step-by-step process to open up the letter and the plan that our teachers will follow for your child’s successful learning experience. If you are not able to access Skyward, you need to contact your campus 504 coordinator to request a hard copy of the letter and plan.
