Congratulations to Rowe High's Jose Martinez who signed a letter of commitment to play soccer for Our Lady of the Lake University of San Antonio. The signing took place May 6, 2026, at Rowe gym. He is the latest McAllen ISD student-athlete to earn a chance to compete at the next level.
