Sames Auto Group, in partnership with McAllen ISD, will host the 2nd Annual Drive Sames for Education Car Giveaway Finale, a community celebration recognizing students who achieved perfect attendance during the school year.
A total of 9 high school finalists, representing the McAllen ISD high schools, earned their spot in the finale through their dedication to showing up every day. During the event, one lucky student will win a brand-new 2026 Ford Bronco Sport courtesy of Sames McAllen Ford .
The event will feature student finalists, school district leadership, community partners, prize giveaways, and the highly anticipated live drawing for the grand prize vehicle.
All remaining finalists will also receive special consolation prizes sponsored by Sames McAllen Ford.
This uplifting event highlights the positive impact of school attendance and celebrates the strong partnership between local school districts and the business community in supporting student success.

Students with perfect attendance every six weeks earn vouchers throughout the school year, qualifying them for the grand prize finale drawing.
Since the program’s inception, Sames Auto Group has awarded 38 vehicles to students across the communities it serves, including Laredo, Bastrop, McAllen, and Corpus Christi.
