Classes for parents now being offered

McAllen ISD parents will have the opportunity to take classes, including English as a Second Language (ESL), Citizenship Class, GED in Spanish along with technology classes and other job-skill classes.

The classes will be offered during the day and in the evenings on Tuesday and Thursday at the old Navarro Elementary (2100 W. Hackberry Ave.). The classes will be offered free to McAllen ISD parents. They can also qualify for a certificate and STC hours at the completion of each course.
