McAllen ISD 3rd grade dual-language student Andrea Rodriguez stands with Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz this week in Washington, D.C. Andrea, a student at Sanchez Elem., won a national essay contest and was invited by Ms. De La Cruz to the nation's capitol.
